Whitewash! India Women's Team Whitewashed Bangladesh 5-0 in T20I Series
IND-W VS BAN-W T20I: The Indian women's cricket team continued its winning streak in the five-match T20 series, winning the series by a margin of 5-0. In the fifth and final T20 of the series, India defeated Bangladesh by 21 runs.

The fifth and last match of the 5-match T20 series was played between Bangladesh and Indian women's cricket team today on 9 May. This match was played at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, where Indian women, batting first, scored 156 runs on the board after losing 5 wickets in 20 overs. Bangladesh team, chasing the target, could only score 135 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs.
Earlier in the match the Indian women's cricket team won the toss and decided to bat first in the fifth T20 match against Bangladesh. Batting first, the Indian women's team scored 156 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
The Indian team had a bad start, when India lost its first wicket in the form of Shefali Verma at the score of 14 runs. A half-century partnership was formed between Smriti Mandhana and Hemaltha, which took over the team's innings. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored 30 runs in 24 balls. Richa Ghosh scored unbeaten 28 runs on 17 balls.
Chasing the target of 157 runs, Bangladesh lost half their team for just 52 runs. Despite the partnership between Ritu Moni and Shorifa Khatoon, they stopped well before the finishing line. Radha Yadav took three wickets for just 24 runs, which proved important in India's victory.
Bangladesh cricket team could score only 135/6 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. For Bangladesh women's team, Ritu Moni scored the maximum runs (37). Apart from him, Shorifa scored unbeaten 28 runs. Apart from these two, no batsman could stay at the crease for long.
From India's side, Radha Yadav wreaked havoc with the ball and took 3 wickets. Apart from them, Asha Shobhana took two wickets in her 4 overs.
Radha Yadav performed brilliantly for the Indian women's cricket team in the five-match T20 series against Bangladesh. Radha Yadav also took three wickets in the fifth T20 match and was awarded the Player of the Match after the fifth T20 match. Apart from this, he also received the Player of the Series award.
