ACC U-19 Men's Asia Cup 2024: The Men's Under-19 Asia Cup 2024 is going to start from November 29. This time the tournament will be played in 50 over format. 2 matches will be played on the first day of the tournament. Bangladesh will face Afghanistan while Sri Lanka will face Nepal. The Indian team will start its campaign from November 30. In its very first match, Team India will face Pakistan. This match will be played at Dubai International Stadium.

Men's Under-19 Asia Cup was first played in 1989 under the hosting of Bangladesh. While its last 3 editions have been played in the UAE. This time the 11th edition of the tournament is to be played and for the fourth consecutive time it will be hosted by the UAE.

8 Teams Will Participate in this Tournament

This year 8 teams are participating in the Under 19 Asia Cup which includes India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Japan and UAE. These 8 teams have been divided into two groups and each group will have 4 teams. Pakistan, UAE and Japan have been placed in India's group i.e. Group A, while Group B includes teams from Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

So far the Under 19 Asia Cup has been played 10 times and India has won the title a maximum of eight times. Apart from 2023, 2017 was the only edition when India could not win this title. Apart from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan have achieved the distinction of becoming the winner once each. Pakistan shared the trophy with India in 2012.
