Indian Women’s Cricket Team Squads for T20I & ODI Home Series Against West Indies
BCCI's Women’s Selection Committee has picked India's 15-member squads for the upcoming three-match IDFC FIRST Bank T20I & ODI home series against West Indies.
Indian Women’s Team Squads Against West Indies: The Indian women's team has been announced for the ODI and T20 series against West Indies. Shefali Verma has once again failed to make her place in the team. At the same time, three uncapped players have been called up to Team India for the first time. The T20 series is scheduled to begin from December 15, while the clash between the two teams in the 50-over format will begin from December 22.
Surprisingly, Arundhati Reddy, who performed brilliantly against Australia, is out of both the ODI and T20 teams. Arundhati played only the 3rd ODI during the Australia tour and finished with figures of 26 for 4. The BCCI did not give the reason for her exclusion.
Raghvi Bist, a highly-rated 20-year-old batter, has earned her first call-up in the T20I squad. Additionally, the uncapped batting all-rounder Pratika Rawal, aged 24, has been included in the ODI squad alongside spinner Tanuja Kanwer, who was not part of the recent Australia tour.
Yastika Bhatia, Shreyanka Patil and Priya Punia were injured and were unavailable for selection.

India’s squad for the three ODI series against West Indies: Harmanpreet Kaur (C), Smriti Mandhana (VC), Pratika Rawal, Jemimah Rodrigues, Harleen Deol, Richa Ghosh (WK), Uma Chetry (WK), Tejal Hasabnis, Deepti Sharma, Minnu Mani, Priya Mishra, Tanuja Kanwer, Titas Sadhu, Saima Thakor, Renuka Singh Thakur.
All three T20I matches will be played at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. After this, a three-match ODI series will also be played at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara from December 22.
