England Cricketer Harry Singh Son of Former Indian Cricketer: The first Test of the three-match Test series is being played between England and Sri Lanka in Manchester. Actually, Harry is a Lancashire batsman and was one of the three substitute players to take the field for England on the first day of the first Test. Harry, along with teammates Charlie Bernard and Kesha Fonseka, was included as the 12th man in the Ollie Pope-led squad. When Harry Brook temporarily went out of the field in the 37th over of the Sri Lankan innings, Harry was called on the field.

Harry Singh, son of former Indian pacer Rudra Pratap Singh (senior), played for England. Rudra Pratap played two matches for India in 1986. He moved to England in the late nineties. Rudra Pratap also coached for Lancashire there. His son Harry fielded as the twelfth man against Sri Lanka.

Harry Singh was born on 16th June, 2004 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. His father had moved to the UK after his playing career came to an end. He took up coaching assignments with Lancashire County Club and the England Cricket Board (ECB).

After signing his first professional contract with Lancashire, Harry revealed that he first picked up a bat at the age of four.

"I started playing cricket at the age of four, joined Lancashire's pathway system at eight and have been on the Lancs Academy since I was 15 - so it has been a long journey for me to reach this point," he had told.

In 2022, Harry played for the England Under-19 team. This time he took place as the twelfth person in the senior team. Harry played 59 matches in first-class cricket in England. Played 21 matches in List A cricket. He has 1520 runs in domestic cricket. Maximum 141.

Harry's father last played domestic cricket in 1991. Rudra Pratap played Duleep Trophy for Central. He also played domestic cricket for Air India and Uttar Pradesh.
