Australia vs India 4th Test Match Day 2: Today, i.e. Friday 27 December, was the second day of the India vs Australia Boxing Day Test match. Like the first day, Australia's dominance was seen in Melbourne on the second day as well. After the first day's play, Australia's score was 311/6. Playing further, Steve Smith scored a century and Australia scored 474 runs after losing all the wickets.

After this the Indian innings started, but the start was not good. Rohit's poor form continued. He flopped as an opener too. Rohit Sharma was out after scoring three runs in five balls. Then KL Rahul, who came at number three, scored 24 runs in 42 balls with the help of three fours. India lost two wickets at 51 runs.

Earlier Australia scored a huge score of 474 runs in their first innings. For the first time in the last 10 years, the Kangaroos scored more than 450 runs against India. Steve Smith played an innings of 140 runs for Australia. Pat Cummins scored an important 49 runs. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took 4 wickets and Ravindra Jadeja took 3 wickets.
