India’s squad for 5 T20Is against Bangladesh:

Harmanpreet Kaur (C), Smriti Mandhana (VC), Shafali Verma, Dayalan Hemalatha, Sajana Sajeevan, Richa Ghosh (wk), Yastika Bhatia (wk), Radha Yadav, Deepti Sharma, Pooja Vastrakar, Amanjot Kaur, Shreyanka Patil, Saika Ishaque, Asha Sobhana, Renuka Singh Thakur, Titas Sadhu.

India has pulled several spinners into the team to test Bangladesh's condition. Asha Sovana and Sajana Sajivan, these two spinners have been called up to the national team for the first time. Radha Yadav and Dayalan Hemlata have returned to the team.

Middle order reliable batsman Jeminah Rodriguez is not coming to Bangladesh series due to injury. He is undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy of India in Bangalore. Regular captain Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the team in the tour of Bangladesh.

WPL 2024 Purple Cap winner Shreyanka Patil has also been included in the Indian squad while Dayalan Hemalatha returns to the fold for the first time since October 2022. RCB’s title-winning captain Smriti Mandhana will be the vice-captain of the Indian women’s cricket team.

Renuka Singh, Titas Sadhu, and Pooja Vastrakar will lead the pace battery for the Women in Blue. Meanwhile, left-arm spinner Saika Ishaque, who has taken 24 wickets in 19 innings in the WPL, has also been included in the Indian side

This is the first five-match series for Bangladesh women in T20 cricket. Harmanpreet Kaur's team will come to Bangladesh on April 23 to play this series. The first match of the series will be on April 28. The remaining four matches of the series are on April 30, May 2, May 6 and May 9.
