The BCCI Has Released the New Schedule of India's 2024-25 Home Season
India's three matches at home have been rescheduled. This includes the India-England match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Indian Cricket Board has released the new schedule of India's domestic series for the season 2024-25.
Indian Cricket Team's 2024-25 Home Season Schedule: The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Tuesday, 13th August 2024 announced an updated schedule for the upcoming home season of Team India (Senior Men) for 2024-25.
The first T20 match between India and Bangladesh was scheduled to be played at Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh on October 6. It will be at Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. The ground has been changed as the work of renovation of the dressing room in Dharamshala will continue. The match will be played at the Madhavrao Scindia Stadium in Gwalior. 14 years after the one day match against South Africa in 2010 will be played again at this stadium.
India's first and second T20 matches against England have also been changed. First match was supposed to be in Chennai on January 22. The second match will be played on January 25 at Eden in Kolkata. But the Kolkata Police requested the Indian Cricket Board that since February 26 is Democracy Day, it is not possible to provide such security on the previous day. Therefore, the first match will be at Eden on January 22. The second match will be played in Chennai on January 25.
