Rohit and Kohli in Duleep Trophy: The Indian Cricket Board made it clear that to get a place in the national team, one must play domestic cricket. That picture will be seen this time. Four teams will be selected for the Duleep Trophy – India-A, India-B, India-C and India-D. According to the report of 'Indian Express' newspaper, Rohit, Virat will be in that team. Not only these two cricketers, national team cricketers like Shubman Gill, Lokesh Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, Yasswi Jaiswal, Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav, Akshar Patel will play in Duleep Trophy. However, it is not yet known which match Rohit and Kohli will play.

For long time out of the team fast bowler Mohammed Shami is also expected to find a spot in the team, having been out of action since the conclusion of the ODI World Cup last year. Duleep Trophy format:

Bumrah has been left out of this list. He is the main bowler of the team in all three formats. That's why the selectors don't want to push Bumrah too much. The Indian pacer may be rested in the Test series against Bangladesh. India will play 10 consecutive Tests in the next four months. After two Tests against Bangladesh and three Tests against New Zealand at home, Rohit and Kohli's company have a five-Test series in Australia.

India's two 'disobedient' cricketers Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan will also be seen playing in Duleep Trophy. They were excluded from the national team for not obeying the instructions of the board. Shreyas returned to the national team for the one-day series against Sri Lanka. But Ishaan didn't get the chance yet. The board has given the message that they should enter the national team if they play well in Duleep.

Duleep Trophy starts from September 5. Six matches are scheduled to be played in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. But the game may shift to Bangalore as there is no airport there. The board has not made any announcement in that regard yet.

Following the Duleep Trophy, the first Test between India and Bangladesh will commence in Chennai on September 19.
