There are four players in the race to be named ICC Men's T20I Cricketer of the Year. Name of India's fast bowler Arshdeep Singh also included.

ICC Men's T20I Player of the Year Nominees: Four players have been shortlisted for the ICC Men's T20I Cricketer of the Year. India's Arshdeep Singh, Pakistan's Babar Azam, Australia's Travis Head and Zimbabwe's Sikandar Raza have got the chance. Now who will get this award? Only time will tell. But in the year 2024, all these four players have performed brilliantly.

Arshdeep Singh (India)

In the last few years, Arshdeep Singh has emerged as an important link in the Indian fast bowling attack in T20 International cricket. He has single-handedly won many matches for Team India in the year 2024. This year he has played 18 T20I matches, in which he took 36 wickets.

Arshdeep Singh was the highest wicket-taker for India in the T20 World Cup 2024. He took a total of 17 wickets. His performance came to the fore in the final when he took 2 important wickets for 20 runs in 4 overs. He gave only four runs in the 19th over of the final match. After which there was pressure on South Africa and from there Africa needed 16 runs to win. After that India won the final by 7 runs.

Babar Azam (Pakistan)

Babar Azam has also batted brilliantly in T20 International cricket in the year 2024. He has scored a total of 738 runs in 24 matches. During this, his highest score has been 75 runs. Apart from him, no other Pakistani batsman has been able to score more than 700 T20I runs in the year 2024.

Travis Head (Australia)

Australia's aggressive opener Travis Head is the third nominee for this award. Head is the highest run-scorer for Australia in T20 Internationals in 2024. He has scored 539 runs in 15 innings at an average of 38.50 and a strike rate of 178.47, which includes four half-centuries. Apart from this, Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza is the fourth nominee for this award, who registered his name in the record book by scoring the second fastest century in T20 Internationals earlier this year.

Sikandar Raza has scored 573 runs in 23 innings in the year 2024 at an average of 28.65 and a strike rate of 146.54 with one century and two fifties. He also took 24 wickets in 23 matches this year at an average of 22.25, with his best performance being 5/18.
