During this innings, Babar Azam created a world record in T20I cricket and has now surpassed Rohit Sharma to become the highest run-scorer in this format. The second match of the three-match T20I series between Pakistan and South Africa was played on Friday, October 31 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Batting first in this match, the visiting team was restricted to just 110 runs. Pakistan won the match with 9 wickets in hand in 13.1 overs, leveling the series 1-1. South Africa had won the first T20I by 55 runs.
